Capacity Building

We train teachers, shop-floor instructors, examiners, master trainers and VET managers in Swiss-based VET pedagogical content and delivery. The trainees may come from companies, vocational institutes or other organizations. Participants are introduced to international training content, teaching pedagogy and didactics, assessment methodologies and practical skills.

Well-trained teachers, VET experts and technical instructors are crucial for creating a highly skilled workforce.
